What is your Return Policy?
At Electrics Elite, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:
1. Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
2. Return shipping costs
For all approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless we explicitly provide a prepaid return label in writing.
3. Restocking fee
For change‑of‑mind returns, a 25% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection, repacking, and payment processing.
4. How to start a return
Email support@electrics-elite.com with your order number and reason for return to request an RMA. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Note: Some items (for example, opened battery packs, used vehicles, customized products, or items marked final sale) are not eligible for return. Please see our full Return and Refund Policy for all details.
