1. Introduction
At electrics‑elite.com, we highly value your safety and convenience. We offer a variety of secure and easy‑to‑use payment methods for orders shipped within the United States.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
2.1 Credit & Debit Cards (via Shopify Payments)
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
How it works: Enter your card details at checkout. Your bank may use 3‑D Secure or similar verification. Once authorized, you’ll receive an order acknowledgment email.
2.2 Wallets & Accelerated Checkout — Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
How it works: Use the wallet button on the product or checkout page, confirm shipping and payment in the wallet, and you’ll receive your order acknowledgment.
2.3 PayPal
How it works: Choose PayPal at checkout, log in, confirm your payment, and you’ll be redirected back to our site with your order details. You will then receive an order acknowledgment email confirming that we have received your order.
2.4 Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) — Shop Pay Installments (U.S. customers only; subject to provider approval)
How it works: Select Shop Pay Installments at checkout and follow the provider prompts. Some plans are interest‑free; others may include interest depending on eligibility and term. Your financing agreement is with the BNPL provider, not with Electrics Elite. Please review the provider’s terms shown at checkout.
We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or COD.
3. Security and Data Protection
All transactions use SSL/TLS encryption and are processed by PCI‑DSS compliant processors (Shopify Payments and/or PayPal). We do not store full credit‑card numbers on our servers. For BNPL orders, eligibility checks and schedules are handled by the BNPL provider under their own policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Compliance with Selling Countries
We currently accept payments for orders shipped within the United States. We process payments in accordance with our processors’ requirements and applicable U.S. laws. If we expand to additional regions, we will update this page before accepting orders from those locations.
6. Payment Confirmation
Immediately after checkout, you will receive an Order Acknowledgment (Order received) by email. We then verify availability with our warehouse/brand partner. Your order is accepted only when you receive a second email (Order Confirmation / Preparing to ship).
Cards (Shopify Payments): Your card is authorized at checkout; we capture payment when the order is accepted and scheduled to ship.
PayPal & BNPL (Shop Pay Installments): Your provider may process payment at checkout. If an item is unavailable, we will promptly issue a refund or help you choose an alternative (only with your approval).
Didn’t get an email? If you don’t receive the initial Order Acknowledgment within 1 hour, please check your spam folder or contact support.
7. Currency
All transactions are processed in USD ($). If your bank/account is in a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.
Taxes: We collect sales tax only where required by law based on your shipping address. Any applicable tax will be calculated and shown at checkout.
8. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and maintain a secure shopping environment:
• Verification: We may perform verification checks and request additional information before accepting an order.
• Suspicious Activity: Orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity will be investigated and may be canceled, in accordance with our Terms of Service and Billing Terms and Conditions.
