Billing Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern payments between Electrics Elite (Operated by EK ECOMMERCE LLC) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the customer (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). By purchasing on electrics‑elite.com, you agree to these Terms.
2. Pricing & Payment
2.2 Payment Methods. We accept Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal.
2.3 Payment Timing. Payment is due at checkout. Orders are accepted only after successful payment authorization and our review (see §4).
3. Invoices & Receipts
You will receive an order confirmation/receipt by email. A formal invoice is available on request. Please keep your billing information accurate and up‑to‑date.
4. Order Acceptance, Authorization & Fraud Screening
We may decline or cancel an order prior to shipment if payment cannot be authorized, if fraud‑screening flags an issue, or if we are unable to fulfill. If we cancel, we’ll refund any amount captured.
5. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect, email support@electrics‑elite.com within 15 days of the charge with your order or invoice number and details. We will investigate and respond promptly. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can try to resolve the matter directly. This request does not affect any rights you may have with your card issuer.
6. Refunds and Credits
Refunds/credits are handled per our Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for our processing after approval; your bank/card issuer may need up to 10 additional business days to post the credit.
BNPL refunds: For orders paid via an installment provider, the provider will adjust or cancel your payment schedule. On interest‑bearing plans, any interest already paid may be non‑refundable per the provider’s terms.
7. Taxes
We collect and remit sales tax where required by law. If you are tax‑exempt, provide a valid exemption certificate before purchase so we can apply it.
8. Billing Errors
If we discover a billing error, we will correct it promptly. If you have been overcharged, we will refund or credit the overcharged amount. If you have been undercharged, we will invoice you for the outstanding amount.
9. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)
We may offer installment options such as Shop Pay Installments (powered by Affirm) or similar third‑party providers. When you select BNPL, your payment agreement is with the financing provider, not with Electrics Elite. We receive the order amount (minus processing fees) through Shopify Payments, while the provider collects payments from you. Some plans may be interest‑free (e.g., “Pay in 4”), others may include interest depending on eligibility and term. Please review the provider’s terms shown at checkout. BNPL is not a subscription and does not create recurring services.
10. Payment Security
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not store full credit‑card numbers on our servers. Transactions use SSL/TLS encryption and our processors follow industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on electrics‑elite.com. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability (Billing‑related)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from billing matters. Our maximum liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

15. Entire Agreement & Acknowledgment
These Terms, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement on billing matters. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
