On average, deliveries arrive within 4 to 7 business days. If an item takes longer to ship, we’ll make sure it’s clearly noted on the product page. Absolutely. You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Just email us at support@electrics-elite.com right away. If your order has already been dispatched, it will fall under our standard 30-Day Return Policy.
📦 What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect all packages upon arrival. If you notice any signs of damage—whether to the box or product—note it when signing for delivery. If you're unable to check the contents at that time, simply write “possible damage” on the receipt.
Should your order arrive damaged, send us clear photos at support@electrics-elite.com and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

Sales tax is only applied to orders shipping to Delaware, where our business is based. Orders shipping elsewhere will not be taxed—saving you even more.
