When will my order ship? When can I expect delivery?
What forms of payment do you accept?

Shop Pay Installments (BNPL) – available to eligible U.S. customers; approval, interest, and fees are determined by the financing provider.
We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or COD.
What is your return policy?

30‑day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.

For all approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless we explicitly provide a prepaid return label in writing.

Change‑of‑mind returns may incur a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, repacking, and payment processing.

Can I cancel my order?

Before shipment: Yes, we can cancel for a full refund. Email support@electrics-elite.com as soon as possible.

After shipment: Please follow our Return and Refund Policy once the order is delivered.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Inspect packages on delivery. If you see damage (including the outer carton), note “damaged” or “possible damage – subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt/BOL and take photos.
Email clear photos to support@electrics-elite.com within 48 hours of delivery; we’ll arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
How do I place an order?

Click Add to Cart on the product page.

Proceed to Checkout and enter shipping and payment info.

Submit your order. You’ll receive an Order Acknowledgment by email.

How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll first receive an Order Acknowledgment (order received).
After we verify stock and complete checks, you’ll get an Order Confirmation / Preparing to ship email.
A tracking link follows when your package leaves the warehouse. Multi‑item orders may ship separately.
Will I get an email confirmation?
Yes. Please double‑check your email address at checkout and check spam/junk if you don’t see our message within an hour.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax only where required by law based on your shipping address.
For most orders we do not collect sales tax.
Any applicable tax will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Can I make changes to my order?
Before shipment: We can usually help with changes (items, address, etc.). Email support@electrics-elite.com with your request.
After shipment: Changes aren’t guaranteed; we may need to cancel and replace the order. Any price differences will be billed/credited accordingly.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to street addresses in the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48).
We do not ship to AK/HI, U.S. territories (e.g., PR, GU, VI), APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do BNPL refunds work?
If you paid with Shop Pay Installments, refunds are sent to the BNPL provider, who will adjust or cancel your payment schedule.
On interest‑bearing plans, interest already paid may be non‑refundable per the provider’s terms.
Do you offer a Price Match Guarantee?
Yes. If you find the same item at a lower final price from an authorized U.S. online retailer, we’ll match it after verification. See our Price Match Guarantee page for terms and how to request a match.
What about warranty?
All products are new and include the manufacturer’s warranty for that model.
