Price Match Guarantee
Our Promise
We want you to get the best available price from an authorized U.S. online retailer. If you find the same item at a lower final price, we’ll match that price after verification.
1. What qualifies
We will match the final checkout price (item + shipping + taxes) of a competitor when all of the following are true:

Same item: Identical brand, model, year/version, color, battery/spec, and SKU.

Condition: New, unopened, full manufacturer warranty (no used, open‑box, refurbished, or returns).

Availability: In stock and available to ship to your delivery address at the time of request.

Seller type: U.S.‑based authorized online retailer selling and shipping the item themselves (not marketplace sellers).

Currency & region: Price in USD, delivery to the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
2. What doesn’t qualify
We do not match:

Prices from marketplaces/auctions or third‑party sellers (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, 3P sellers on Amazon/Walmart).

Membership/loyalty or email sign‑up discounts, personalized/targeted codes, employee pricing, student/EDU, military, corporate or government pricing.

Bundles/BOGO/rebates/gift‑with‑purchase, clearance, liquidation, doorbusters, flash sales, obvious pricing errors/misprints.

Prices that would require us to violate manufacturer MAP policies.

Used, open‑box, refurbished, custom or special‑order items.
3. How to request a price match
Before you buy or within 7 days after your purchase, email support@electrics-elite.com with:

The competitor URL to the product page and (if possible) a timestamped screenshot of the final checkout showing item, shipping, and taxes.

Your order number (if you already purchased).
We’ll verify eligibility and respond promptly. If approved pre‑purchase, we’ll issue a custom invoice or coupon. If approved post‑purchase, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
4. BNPL, PayPal & refunds of the difference

BNPL (Shop Pay Installments): Your financing provider will adjust or cancel remaining installments; interest already paid may be non‑refundable per the provider’s terms.

PayPal / Cards: We refund the difference to the original method. Your bank/processor may take extra days to post the credit.
5. Other terms

Cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotions.

Limit one price match per item.

We may limit quantities and decline requests we cannot verify or that conflict with brand agreements.

We may modify or end this program at any time.
