Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

1. What our guarantee means

  • Manufacturer warranty applies: Repairs/replacements follow the brand’s official warranty terms (parts, labor, exclusions, claim process).

  • Our support: We help you start the claim, coordinate with the brand/warehouse, and provide updates until resolution.

  • Return & Refund Policy: For change‑of‑mind returns or non‑warranty scenarios, please see our Return and Refund Policy (30‑day window for unused items, RMA required, restocking fee for non‑defective returns).

2. On delivery: damage checks (parcel & freight)

  • Inspect packaging and product at delivery. If you see damage (including damage to the outer carton), take photos and note “damaged” on the delivery receipt (Proof of Delivery/BOL) before signing.

  • Can’t fully inspect? Write “possible damage – subject to inspection.”

  • Severe/visible freight damage? You may refuse delivery and notify us.

  • Report window: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and your order number so we can arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Do not send returns to our mailing address; we will provide the correct return warehouse with your RMA. (optional, empfohlen)

3. If a defect occurs after delivery (warranty)

  • Email support@electrics-elite.com with your order number, serial number (if available), a description of the issue, and photos/video.

  • We’ll guide you through the brand’s warranty process (which may involve a diagnostic, parts shipment, or service at an authorized center).

  • Timing: We aim to reply within 1 business day; final approval/steps depend on the manufacturer’s warranty team.

4. What isn’t covered (typical manufacturer exclusions)

  • Normal wear and tear, consumables (e.g., brake pads, tires, tubes), and cosmetic scratches after use.

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, water ingress beyond the product’s rating, improper assembly or maintenance, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Commercial use (if the warranty is for consumer use only).
    Please refer to your product’s specific warranty for the exact terms and any brand‑specific conditions.

5. Helpful tips for faster resolution

  • Keep all packaging until the case is resolved.

  • Provide clear, well‑lit photos/video of the issue and the shipping label/carton if damaged.

  • For freight deliveries, ask the driver to note the issue on the BOL and keep a copy.
