What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you notice any signs of damage upon delivery—including damage to the outer packaging—please make a note of it when signing for the shipment.
If you can’t inspect the contents immediately but suspect damage, write “possible damage” on the delivery receipt.
