Cancellation Policy
1) How to cancel (before shipment)
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number:

We will attempt to stop the order before it ships. Because orders may process quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order is being picked/packed or a shipping label has been created.
2. After shipment
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please follow our Return and Refund Policy to request a return after delivery. Refused or undeliverable shipments are treated as returns and may have return shipping and carrier fees deducted, and for non‑defective items the 15% restocking fee applies (see Return Policy §§ 6.1 and 6.7).
3. Exceptions (may be non‑cancellable)
Certain items cannot be canceled once submitted to the warehouse or manufacturer, including:
• Custom/personalized products.
• Special‑order/build‑to‑order items once allocated.
• Items marked final sale.
Any brand‑specific exceptions are stated on the product page.
4. BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) orders
If you paid using a BNPL option (e.g., Shop Pay Installments), a pre‑shipment cancellation voids the authorization/loan where applicable. If the order has already been captured or shipped, any refund is processed under our Return Policy and the BNPL provider will adjust or cancel your remaining payments. On interest‑bearing plans, interest already paid may be non‑refundable per the provider’s terms.
5. Refund method & timing for canceled orders
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for our processing; your bank/card issuer may need up to 10 additional business days to post the credit.
6. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
