What is your Return Policy?

At Electrics Elite, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Return shipping costs

For all approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless we explicitly provide a prepaid return label in writing.

3. Restocking fee

For change‑of‑mind returns, a 25% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection, repacking, and payment processing.

4. How to start a return

Email support@electrics-elite.com with your order number and reason for return to request an RMA. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Overview

The VTUVIA FMB is a full-suspension mid-drive electric mountain bike built for serious riders. It uses a 1000W Bafang G510 mid-drive motor with up to 1300W peak and 160Nm of torque. A 48V 14Ah LG/Samsung battery delivers steady power and a range of 30–50 miles per charge. It rolls on 27.5" x 2.8" Maxxis tires, with SR Suntour XCM32 front suspension and EXA Air Shox rear shock. TEKTRO hydraulic brakes offer reliable stopping power. The 6061 aluminum frame, BAFANG LCD display, ultra-soft VELO saddle, alloy crank, and polycarbonate pedals emphasize comfort and control on trails and city streets.
