Overview

After the end of the regular warranty, the extended warranty adds another coverage period. It covers defects in materials or workmanship only. Any damage or degradation from normal wear and tear during customary operation is not covered.

Specifications

  • Warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect usage, poor maintenance, or unauthorized technical adjustments as advised in the user manual.
  • Replacements of defect parts are provided only once and are limited to the first purchaser.
  • The warranty is not transferable if you sell your Nanrobot scooter; the new owner cannot claim the warranty.
  • To claim the warranty, the original buyer must present the Nanrobot purchase invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Once the normal warranty ends, free after-sales service ends too. The extended warranty coverage begins then.
