Overview

Following the end of the regular warranty, the extended warranty provides an additional coverage period. The extended warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. Any damage or degradation from normal wear and tear during customary operation is excluded.

  • Part-by-part coverage with fixed durations (months) or months within a distance limit (KM).
  • Motor coverage: 12 months and within 4000 KM (wire issues are not included).
  • Other parts: durations range from 1 to 6 months, with some items also restricted by distance (KM).
  • Replacements of defective parts are provided once per customer.

  • Motor — 12 Months and within 4000 KM (wire issues are not included)

Note: The warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect usage, poor maintenance or unauthorized technical adjustments as advised in the user manual. We provide replacements of defect parts only once. The warranty is limited to the first purchaser. If you sell your Nanrobot scooter, the warranty cannot be transferred. If there is a need to claim the warranty, the original buyer needs to present the Nanrobot purchase invoice as evidence of transaction. Once the normal warranty ends, the provision of free after-sales services ends too. That is when the extended warranty coverage begins.
