For all standard deliveries within the contiguous U.S., most orders arrive within 4–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on carrier volume, weather, and your location.

At Electrics Elite, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Return shipping costs

For all approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless we explicitly provide a prepaid return label in writing.

3. Restocking fee

For change‑of‑mind returns, a 15% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection, repacking, and payment processing.

4. How to start a return

Email support@electrics-elite.com with your order number and reason for return to request an RMA. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
